Advertisement for Bids 1950 L r • ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: The Council of the Village of Fridley, Minnesota will receive bids at the residence of the Clerk, Ward Norling, 4703 - 22Street N.E., Minneapolis 21, Minnesota, until 7:30 P.M. on October 31, 1950 for the purchase of the follow- ing articles and equipment, under M.S.A. Section 412.311: 60 Foot U-shape Liquor Bar 3 Stainless Steel Sinks 3 Mixing Stations 2 Four Ft. Refrigerator Sections 1 Liquor Display. Bids should include cost of the installation of the above, the moving of present partitions , and all in accordance with the plans, specifications and drawings now in the custody of the manager of the Municipal Liquor Dispensary, Village of Fridley. All bids shall be submitted in writing in a sealed envelope and directed to the Clerk of the Village of Fridley, securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper, with a brief statement or summary as to the work for which the bid is made. All bids must show the terms of purchase on a conditional sales contract pursuant to M.S.A. Section 412.221, subdivision 2. Bids will open in public at the regular meeting of the Village Council on the 31st day of October, 1950 at 8:00 P.M. at the council chambers, meeting in the council room in the rear of the Carlson Block on Central Avenue within the Village.
