Resolution No. 2022-98
Approving City Permits
Whereas, the Fridley City Code (Code) and various sections of Minnesota Statute direct licensing
and permitting requirements for certain business activities within the City of Fridley (City); and
Whereas, pursuant to sections of Code, the City Council shall approve liquor, tobacco, massage,
pawn and junkyard business licenses and permits; and
Whereas, applicable City staff reviewed the permit applications for each eligible business; and
Whereas, applicable City staff recommend the approval of the following permits by the City Council.
Now, therefore be it resolved, that the City Council of the City of Fridley hereby approves the
following business permits for a term specified below.
