Resolution No. 2022-104
Consenting to the Property Tax Levy for 2022, Collectible in 2023, for the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Fridley
Be It Resolved, by the City Council (Council) of the City of Fridley (City):
Section 1. Recitals.
1.01. The Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Fridley, Minnesota
(Authority) at its regular meeting on September 1, 2022 adopted Resolution No. 2022-05:
Adopting a 2022 Tax Levy Collectible in 2023 (Resolution).
1.02. The Council must consent to any Authority levy prior to it becoming effective as required
by Minnesota Statutes Section 469.033.
Section 2. Consent.
2.01. The Council hereby consents to the Authority Resolution and to the final levy of $633,571
to be levied in 2022 for collection in 2023, as described therein.
