Resolution No. 2022-107
Designating Time and Number of City Council Meetings for 2023
Whereas, the Fridley City Charter (Charter) § 3.01 requires the Fridley City Council to meet at a
fixed time not less than once each month; and
Whereas, the Charter § 3.01 requires the Fridley City Council to meet at such times as may be
prescribed by resolution; and
Whereas, it is the intent of the Fridley City Council to comply with the open meeting provisions
contained in Minnesota Statutes 13D;
Now, therefore be it resolved, by the City Council of the City of Fridley that:
1. The Fridley City Council will hold regular meetings in the Council Chambers of the Fridley
Civic Campus, 7071 University Avenue N.E., commencing at 7:00 p.m. on the following
dates in 2023:
January 9, January 23, February 13, February 27, March 13, March 27, April 10, April 24,
May 8, May 22, June 12, June 26, July 10, July 24, August 14, August 28, September 11,
September 25, October 9, October 23, November 13, November 27, December 11 and
December 18.
2. The City Council will hold conference meetings prior to regularly scheduled City Council
meetings, except for the last City Council meeting in December.
