Notice of Public Hearing to Consider a Comprehensive Plan Amendment
by Roers Companies
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Fridley will hold a public hearing
on January 4, 2023 at 7:00 pm at Fridley City Hall, 7071 University Avenue N.E.
The public hearing will consider a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, (CPA #22-00000-01) by Roers
Companies to modify the future land use designation and map for the property at 6257 University
Avenue N.E. from Commercial to Multi-Family, the legal description is on file and available at Fridley
City Hall. The City Council will consider this item on January 9, 2023.
Any person desiring to be heard shall be given an opportunity at the above stated time. Or,
