Resolution No. 2023-67, Approving a 3-Month Extension for Approval Final Plat, PS #22-03 Petitioned by Roers Companies Resolution No. 2023-67 Approving a Three-Month Extension for Approval Final Plat, PS #22-03 Petitioned by Roers Companies for the Property Located at 6257 University Avenue N.E. Whereas, on January 9, 2023, the Fridley City Council approved Preliminary Plat, PS #22-03, submitted by Roers Company to replat the property at 6257 University Avenue N.E.; and Whereas, Fridley City Code Section 211.04.2.C.(5)(B) requires that within six months after the date of the Council’s review of the preliminary plat, the final plat shall be submitted for approval; and Whereas, if the final plat is not filed within the designed six-month period, the action of the Planning Commission and the Council shall become null and void, unless this period is extended by the Council; and Whereas, on June 22, 2023, a three-month extension request was received by the City from Roers Companies asking for additional time to receive Anoka County approval; and Whereas, once approved by Anoka County, the petitioner will be ready to submit the final plat for approval by Council. Now, therefore be it resolved, that the City Council of the City of Fridley approves a three-month extension for Plat, PS #22-03, until October 9, 2023. th Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Fridley this 26 day of June, 2023. _______________________________________________ Scott J.
