Bids for the Moore Lake Park project were opened March 15. Bids for site work came in below budget while bids for the park building and project alternates (north parking lot and pickleball courts) were over budget. One bid package is being re-bid and staff will present final bids to Council on April 24. State Representative Koegel and State Senator Kunesh have agreed to author bills requesting a matching grant o $500,000 for an inclusive playground at Commons Park. Parks and Recreation Director, Mike Maher, testified before the Senate Capital th Investment Committee on March 30.
