Approving On-Sale Liquor License for Two Stooges Bar and Grill
Whereas, Minnesota Statute § 340A.404 enables municipalities to issue On-Sale Liquor Licenses
to establishments within its jurisdiction; and
Whereas, Fridley City Code Chapter 603 directs licensing requirements and activities for On-Sale
Liquor Licenses in the City of Fridley; and
Whereas, City staff have worked with the applicant, Justin Pouliot, to ensure all licensing
requirements have been met; and
Whereas, the Fridley City Council conducted a public hearing on September 11, 2023 pursuant to
Fridley City Code § 603.07, Subd. 1d.
Now, therefore be it resolved, that the City Council of the City of Fridley hereby approves an
On-Sale Liquor License to Justin Pouliot for Two Stooges Bar and Grill located at 7178 University
Avenue NE.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Fridley this 11th day of September,
2023.
