Resolution No. 2023-127
Approve Change Order No. 1 (Final) for West Moore Lake Drive Mill and Overlay Project
Whereas, the West Moore Lake Drive Mill and Overlay (Project) included as part of the City of
Fridley’s (City) regular street maintenance program under a contract with Park Construction Company
of Spring Lake Park, MN (Contractor); and
Whereas, the Project was funded by the City’s Minnesota State Aid System funding and the City’s
Street Operations Budget; and
Whereas, additional work was desired by the City that modified the original contract from
$164,987.70 to $177,758.90 (7.7% increase); and
Whereas, the Contractor performed work as directed by City staff and work is substantially
completed and awaiting final payment;
Now, therefore be it resolved, that the City Council of the City of Fridley hereby approves Change
Order No. 1 (Final) for West Moore Lake Drive Mill and Overlay Project in the amount of $12,771.20
